BP CEO Hayward's stonewalling is worsening the Gulf Oil disaster.
He is in full defensive/denial/cover-up mode.

That is why we must demand his resignation.

It's time to call on our Brit friends to do the same. Many Brits are already demanding Hayward step down.

His decisions and cover-ups have made matters worse.

2. Broadly speaking
that's up to the shareholders. JP Morgan Chase apparently own 27% of BP , which may well be the largest single holding , so why not give them a try ?

4. I want him and others tried for murder
They knew safety violations could kill people and they did not change anything.
People died, so premeditated murder.

5. I'm getting conflicting news, anymore, not that it was ever perfect. I heard
early this AM that BP might replace the containment dome? Then yesterday that the actual well casing in the seabed might be leaking/split, etc. The latter starts to make more sense as it appears the vents are still mostly opened? I guess with all of the time now I'm having difficulty seeing why BP is still not sure of the oil leakage rate. That to me is stonewalling because of fines based on the rate/amount of oil released.

This is clearly a F'en mess very poorly handled by now. I feel we are not getting the full story on what is "really" going on... And the time frame for containment is moving out each time I hear more news on this mess.

If BP is being dishonest with the facts, they would better serve themselves by being honest IMO. I know, too much to expect. And the PR commercial Hayward did is absolutely ridiculous.

10. Yep, and the spraying of toxic dispersants...
It's been as poorly handled and covered-up as possible.

7. May he be led in hand and ankle cuffs to the coast of Lousiana, in his best suit--
and lashed to a poll to be drenched in the muck, then released to suffer the fate of the pelicans he's murdered.

Slow, not exactly painful--but justice indeed.

11. I think he should be put under house arrest.
He should be allowed to go to work and home only. Further more BP should be put under a gag order. No more commercials, no more lies, no more spin. Let the Coast Guard do all the talking for them.
