5. I think you got that by mistake. Normally they send that one to

teabaggers, who fall for it every time. Hoorah! and all that sort of crap. Gotta keep that money from going to the gubmint, doncha know?

7. Not that it isn't already obvious

but the most glaring issue is the one of rank.

First, the rank "Command Sgt" doesn't exist. There is a Command Sergeant Major (E-9), but no such animal as Command Sergeant. Second, Sergeant in all cases is an enlisted person (non-comissioned officer). A Major (Maj.) is a commissoned officer. You can't be both.
