Joe the Plumber endorses iced tea, Icet

Missouri state Rep. Allen Icet has an ad up in his run for state auditor.

It features Joe the Plumber and a new tagline : "A little Ice T is exactly what you need."

Clever as this is, will it be confusing? Icet actually pronounces his name "Ice-it," and "Ice T", while evoking a delicious summer drink, is also the stage name of a rapper/actor who raps about killing cops and, ironically, plays one on TV.

Icet is running against for U.S. state department official Tom Schweich in the Republican primary. Susan Montee is the Democratic incumbent.
