So I remember this NPR piece from about a year ago....

I can't remember the exact piece, but it was around 2008/2009 and it had to do with people on Wall Street partying, living the high life, and "not being concerned about the economy".

I remember one guy who was interviewed said that, "There's nothing wrong with the economy, no one here is worried, things are fine" etc. or something to that effect. Have these people never stepped foot outside their corporate jets, their corporate boardrooms, and their corporate castles in Long Island or Connecticut or wherever the fuck they live?

It's amazing how condescending and out of touch some people are. But they made their profits, so they don't care.
