To MSNBC: Please do something about Chris Hayes' nervous hands
Gee. It's driving me crazy. Either train him to keep his hands calm, or use a camera shot that is tighter. Part of the time he looks like he's driving a runaway pony cart, and other times like he's hammering a Rachmaninoff concerto in Carnegie Hall with no amplification.

I like Chris. But I can't concentrate on what he's saying because his nervous energy is on display, big time.

1. I've only been listening...
...but you're right - they need to use a tighter shot until he can control his hands.

3. LEAVE CHRIS HAYES ALONE!! He is an amateur. He will learn.
The poor kid is not a broadcaster yet. I can only imagine the pool of flop sweat he leaves on the set.

In the many types of stage/video/recording performances I have been eager to participate in .. each has their own requirements skills and dues.

I have been and continue to be scared of not being perfect.

He will learn or sink.

5. He will learn IMO. He takes on some tough assignments sitting in for others. I also
like him, I think he's a good guy.

8. Kid? He is 31.
I am 34. Can you call me a kid too? Makes me feel young.

I do like Chris, even if he isn't totally polished yet.

4. Yep, "like he's hammering a Rachmaninoff concerto in Carnegie Hall..." definitely
bouncy hands. I loved your comment, "like he's hammering a Rachmaninoff concerto in Carnegie Hall..."

9. In all the times I have watched Chris Hayes on TV,
I have never noticed his hands. But I have been very impressed with his interviews and commentary.
