This is a new book by Andrew Napolitano. I happened to catch a discussion between Andrew and R. Nader on Book TV yesterday.

I do not agree with Andrew on abortion and some other stuff, but he's pretty good on the election theft of 2000 and torture and illegal wars and the sanctity and rights of the individual. Don't agree that free markets should not be regulated by the government, though.

He had some harsh things to say about G. Washington's treatment of his own slaves, A. Lincoln's hypocrisy and FDR's plot to get the USA into WW2.

Also W. Wilson's keeping secret the danger of the Lusitania and the U-boat filled waters it was going into. He let the ship get torpedoed to get the USA into WW1.

I'm an "All governments lie" kind of guy, so I found the discussion interesting. I'm also interested in Howard Zinn Noam Chomsky accepted history vs. actual history information. There's so much real history we American's know nothing about. Pity the children of Texas and all the ignorance they will be taught in lieu of history, for example.
