Really, I have never ever watched Entertainment Tonight, but I also had not heard the Mel GIBSON links posted everywhere, so I tuned in. Shudder.

But then they did a tease for the Bristol-Levi engagement, so I hung in there so to speak. They said it was "embarrassing."


So later there was Bristol, who, by the bye looks near-30ish and HARD, all giddy and giggling over the rapprochement. She said he got down on one knee and there were rose petals somewhere, and---I swear to Zeus I missed some words---she said there was (????????????) on her bed!1

Isn't it her bed or beds in general that got her in this whole story arc to start with?!1 What are they doing creeping around her bed?!1


And Levi needs to account for himself to Jerry SPRINGER and Mistah KURTZ's media "reporters." That is, he needs to face Kathy GRIFFIN on Jerry and tell her she's dead to him. And Mistah KURTZ was scoring reporters for not having followed up with Levi on WHAT PARTS of what he said about the Quitter KKKlan were NOT true, since he apologized for PARTS NOT TRUE of what he had said.

I hate the Palins but he's 20, she's 19 - and he is the father of her child.
He spread rose petals in the shape of a heart with the ring box in the middle on the bed, went down on one knee and proposed - fucking corny but I guess romantic for two youngsters.


My mom gave us lectures on life early - don't bring any boyfriend home to her house for sex and don't let our first sexual experience be in the back of a car and get a decent education. She did allow our boyfriends in our rooms - the doors were always open and we read books, played cards, scrabble, snakes and ladders, monopoly checkers, chess, etc. We climbed trees and played all kinds of sports in our yard and ours friends' yards. She also went out of her way to show us people whose life chances were reduced because of early pregnancies. None of us got knocked up. We all went to college/university and we all had sex before we were married.
The room is irrelevant - it's socialization that matters.

Let's see, awww, they are so YOUNG and so SWEET. While they were in obscurity the vile Quitter USED them as props for what wonderful family values they all stood for, while bashing any Dems with any personal failings at all.

And then, when the kids blew a hole in the happy fable of family values, Quitter decreed that they were all off limits for accountability ("accountability" supposedly being another wingnut value) and ever since has excoriated comedians and whoever talked about them.

And Quitter has bewailed the victimhood of her being publically examined while she attention whores continuously for her political benfit and enrichment, did I mention for the total defeat of the politics of my ilk?!1

And I was animositied towards Miss Bristol while she skipped around the networks claiming to be a role model to young women or don't-do-what-*I*-did or SOMETHING, and claimed to be WORKING while being a single mother, and was oooo-ed and awww-ed over by media knuckleheads, while their FUNDIE supporters kept their traps shut. But I admit I was totally defending of Levi while he was giving interviews spilling the Quitter beans.


And to the poster who extolled the wholesomeness of the fraternizing in whatEVER room, well, a HEART in RED ROSES on the BED is a double loaded archetypical symbol of PASSIONATE, SEX--although, these two are SO sweet and probably SO uneducated that they probably don't know what those old symbols mean. cough.
