Why is it that FOX News is obligated to show the legs of female hosts?

At 0:50 they cut for a split second to a view of the host sitting on a stool behind a backless desk as if her nylon stockings some how make what she is saying more credible. FOX does this every time. It's as if they have a passon for bar stools and sofas. I have never sceen Rachel Madow's legs. Or that girl on TYT or the one on Grit TV etc.

Help me out here is FOX not the only network that does this? and if so should they have the right to call them selves a news organization? Maby they should be forced to change their name to T&A or perhaps Skinamax or somthing like that.

I'm truly curions, does any one have a clip of FOX news with a Female host where they don't show her legs atleast once?

For years I watched GMA and not Today, and at at some point Diane SAWYER was doing her interviews in chairs facing the guests, and her legs were out to there and her hems were up to there. And when I checked into Today, there was Katy COURIC with her 5 ft couple-inches, looking like she was six feet tall because her legs, which looked bare, were similarly stretched out and entwined out to there.

In even less politically correct venues, such as Univision, there is a 4 P.M. program that, admittedly is not a strictly "news" show, although they do the first 5 minutes of serious news, but their format is to have a couple of pretty girls with the up and the down and the hair and the hoo----all as they sit at a "news" table which is made of SEE-THROUGH something, with the camera positioned at crotch level. Oh, and the see-through and the camera position shows, what, well, legs and glam shoes of daily changing varieties, all the way to gladiator sandal heel things.

The "news" is dominated by women in short skirts/dresses with ample cleavage displayed. The weather and traffic reports are the spots where they really shine and they stand up in front of the "blue screen" pointing at things often times exposing even more skin/body parts and different angles. Some appear to be wearing prom dresses. Sometimes it looks like they are wearing lingerie tops.
