Central time tonite. Saw it earlier and it was very informative. Ware was on for the entire show. He was allowed to talk at will. It is a very dismal report, but it makes sense. Bottom line is that we have precious few options for anything positive for the U.S. in that fiasco.

3. Michael Ware seems very informed especially after years in

Iraq going to the hot spots and getting inside info. Cooper had him walk through all the phases of this war and described the lack of progress or smart tactics on the U.S.'s part from day one. At the end I felt sick, there appears no way out that doesn't destroy so many peoples' lives. Staying doesn't appear to be an answer either since we are only encouraging the enemy.

I heard the other day that M Ware is a lawyer, went to Iraq a cpl years ago, started reporting freelance - not a journalist by training, just a smart and resourceful guy who gets the facts and explains them candidly - what a concept!
