Is the Afghanistan war funding bill "paid for"?

I was curious how it differed from the unemployment insurance extension bill.

See, why hand out money to the rich when it can instead go to contractors, Pakistan intelligence, and the Afghan puppet government.

3. Apparently the "unrec" folks are at it again - my vote doesn't count.

It will be paid for with the money they cut from public schools and social security. There's always money for war in this country.
