Christian protestors call deputy biased
Edited on Tue Jul-27-10 04:22 PM by JI7
what's a "gay homosexual" ?

the video is at the link at bottom

<The deputy in question is 18 year veteran Deputy Jim Goff. Goff made the questionable comments toward a religious group that was protesting outside a Rob Zombie concert July 17th. One of the protestors recorded the entire situation.

De los Santos said the deputy showed he was biased about the situation when he revealed his beliefs to the crowd.

“I am a non-believer, there is no god, there is no Jesus, there is no Satan,” Goff said.

“Really what happened is a group of Christians got ran off a property by an atheist who happened to be an officer,” De los Santos said.

Catholic Naomi Morega said she was saddened when she heard what the deputy said.

“He's here to protect us and here he's shouting his own beliefs to other people,” Morega said.

However, Goff’s comments did not only upset the Christian community.

“You must have a crush on me, man are you like a gay homosexual, you keep filming me,” Goff said.

A member from the lesbian and gay community said she was also saddened by the deputy's comments, but said she also blames the protestors.

4. You are kidding, right?
I mean, he's Rob Zombie. And they are a bunch of easily frightened and fooled prigs. Rob scares them. They think the show is real.

6. They might have had a specific reason...
but that sort protests the various rockers who use dark imagery, from Screaming Jay Hawkins right through Alice and Rob and Marilyn Manson. They miss the point.
