Breaking: No Gore Prosecution
http://www.ketv.com/politics/24457919/detail.html

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Former Vice President Al Gore won't be prosecuted over allegations by a masseuse that he groped and assaulted her in his Portland hotel room in 2006, the county prosecutor said Friday.

4. Give us the facts and the legal rationale
OK. Whether he did it or not, the public deserves to understand the legalese and discrepancy between such claims, and acts allegedly committed by average people versus by the elite.

Why specifically did the DA decide not to prosecute Al Gore when others regularly are prosecuted for similar allegations. I'm not claiming Al Gore should have been prosecuted, I'm saying that average people should know the logistics of and the rationale behind the successful defense and the acceptance of such defense by the DA.

As much as equal justice is touted I'd be hard pressed to believe it happens much in our celebrity and wealthy based over class. When it comes to justice we need to demand a system that is apolitical and non-elitist.
