"Let's plant a Terror Baby on their soil," said one. "We'll send Abdul-The-Intelligent to impregnate a woman in Hawaii, which is just barely American soil anyway. We can secretly educate the baby in our top secret terror tactics while he obtains a Harvard law degree, becomes a professor of constitutional law, runs an amazingly successful campaign for president and simultaneously plots with us to turn America into a socialist country."

"Perfect!" said another. "But how can we make sure he actually wins the presidency?"

"Simple," said another. "We'll create another baby to run against him. We're sending Omar-The-Unintelligible to Alaska right now. Not to worry. Terror Baby will be a shoo-in."
