Bush and VP have both said that Congress won't stop them....all the experts told Congress that absolutely Congress had the right to defund....and the President is only in charge of where they send the troops...that the founders were careful to separate who funded and who managed the troops from each other....,

She's now discussing Leahy and Spector's move to force Gonzalez to declare Bushco's belief in the unitary executive.....that plays into the whole thing BIG TIME.....This is the hearing where Spector declared that Bush "wasn't the only decider."

She said they joined together to write to Gonzalex and to force Alberto to say "Congress has no power" and ONCE THEY DO, BYE BYE!!! Because at that point, Bushco will be declaring themselves DICTATORS and that's the line.....then BUSH & CHENEY ARE GOING DOWN and the Supreme Court won't be able to stop it.....
