8. Sorry, you are wrong and ignorant
he's surrounded by retired generations before baby boomers.
The oldest boomers are just beginning to reach retirement age.
The youngest boomers have more than a dozen years to go.

14. Sorry for not gender checking, patriot
I knew Grayson wasn't going to do well, but I hate seeing him go down so hard.
Of course, the GOP poured millions into the fight against Grayson, so not a surprise.
But I couldn't help myself, I sent him money anyway.

24. Not a problem. I really thought he had a chance.
Then again, I thought Crist had a chance to pull R, D and I votes to edge out both Rubio and Meek (whom I voted for). What do I know?

And it's "boomers", not "boomer's.
Boomer's = something belonging to Boomer

Boomers = more than one boomer

11. Agree completely. Join me in a drink perhaps?
Today I asked a colleague at work who she planned to vote for. She's a bright young woman- highly educated. She said she didn't want to tell me because I'd be upset but that trutfully, she just didn't like Alex Sink. I asked her why= she said she didn't know- there was something about her but she couldn't put her finger on it. I said "so you'd prefer to vote for a criminal who stole millions from Medicare and should be in jail for fraud but managed to sneak his ass out just befor the shit hit the fan?". She said "yes I know who he is and what he did but there's something about Alex that I don't like".

Another biz colleague today said he was proud of having voted for Rubio. I asked him whether he cared about global warming, or evolution or offshore drilling or a women's right to choose to name a few. He said "nope- don't care about any of those things- just want to make sure a Republican wins". So there you have it.

Wine or vodka? It's gonna be a long night.

18. I have had that same conversation about Alex Sink with other women.
I don't know why, but I think there are women out there who just cannot bring themselves to vote for other women and it makes absolutely no sense to me. None whatsoever. But I've become convinced in many cases that it is simply a gender thing.

29. No check on crazy teabagger bills is what scares me.
My daughters right to choose will be at stake once again, as will unions of all kinds and public education. Say goodbye to our beautiful beaches and hello to offshore drilling.

No checks and balances will turn us into fucking AZ.

When my husband was laid off we desperately tried to leave the state but every single opportunity fell through. He finally was hired while doing contracting work but we both really dislike it here with a passion. We are in St. Johns county, btw. One time I went to a democratic meeting here and only 6 of us showed up for the entire county (in St. Augustine).

30. In the words of Joe Hill
"don;t mourn, organize."

We in Florida have a special job to do, exposing these creeps whn they fall (and fall they will), you know Jeb is sitting back waiting for these fools to hand him the keys in 2012...and Jeb will make his brother look like JFK, not because he is dumb, but because he is more evil than even Dick Cheney.
