4. I "overreacted" when Palin hit the scene too.
I call them as I see how the media cover them.

And What Has She Accomplished?

She failed to prevent, or possibly accelerated, McClown going down in utter flames. She's a national laughingstock. Most people she endorses lose. The Goopers are trying desperately to figure out how to get her off the 2012 stage as quickly as possible.

Your point about Paul is silly. He's one of 100, replacing a conservative maniac. Just stop it already. Come on, now.

2. There is no way that Rand Paul would even make it past the primary
Even Sarah Palin would beat him out of that spot.

7. I don't see that happening.
Rand Paul can't campaign for president while he's a freshman Senator. The Republicans are already jockeying for position right now.

13. Oh lord, you just aggravated my heart condition.
That is the first time the thought of Rand Paul running for the White House has ever occurred to me...

And it seems far, far too possible.

14. will the "liberally biased media" go on and on about how he renamed himself
in honor of his admiration of an AVOWED ATHEIST???

If Paul were a Dem, it would be non-stop ... bigger than that witch who lost ...

17. After GWBush...
...how could you say this impossible?

I remember reading "BushWatch" every day in early 2000. Laughing and laughing. How could this guy win the primary? HAHAHAHAHA! How could he think he could win the general? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I didn't laugh so much in the next eight years.

That said, I think Rubio is a lock to be on the GOP Presidential ticket in 2012. That's much more likely than Rand.
