Republicans never accept defeat....even when they lose

And our media aids & abets them in that endeavor.

All during Clinton's term, most of the "analysts" on tv were definitely right-leaning, and most of the coverage ranged from.."Wow, he's undisciplined", to "He's a draft dodger, right?", to "Let's impeach him & enjoy the process of doing it".

Every "program" had commentators from the right, who were more than willing to trash any and everything he did or tried to do. No doubt, the constant barrage led to a lot of his less-than-stellar policies that linger today. Does anyone really think that DADT was high on his priorities?

The cohorts of GHWB did not accept the fact that they had been defeated, and they sent out their minions to ruin the Clinton administration.

The same spokespeople stuck around for 8 long Bush2 years, only now they were all sunshine & roses, and we heard very little less-than complimentary reporting from them or the media types who invited them on air.

If ANY president deserved to be a one-termer, it was George, the Lesser, but instead, we got two terms that almost ruined the whole country.

Instead of being humble and shamed, the republicans & their news-pals were furious that a democratic administration had the audacity to kick them out.

For 2 years now, we have had the same talking heads, now trashing anything-democratic because they know the public is mostly ill-informed and either cannot remember, or chooses to forget...so now we are where we are..

The media has now anointed the "republican government in exile" as victors once again, and will give them all the airtime they want, to reinforce their positions.

They win because they refuse to accept defeat..even when they lose.

1. And Democrats, seemingly, refuse to accept victory, and start caving immediately
...even when they "win..."
