A lot of the uncounted votes in Wisconsin are in heavily Democratic areas- Madison and Milwaukee. His campaign manager just got on local tv and said we're not conceding now.

Edit: Barrett, who is the Democrat running for Governor, is not conceding for Governor either, same reason. Tough shit for the Republicans and the 10 o clock news shows!

Feingold is no fool. He's got statisticians working for him and he's been working this state for 18 years. Believe me, he knows where the votes are. They vote late in Milwaukee, and their votes are the last to get counted.

and Milwaukee and Madison delivers the result and give Feingold more than 3% win, and Feingold can proceed to say "FUCK YOU COC! FUCK YOU CITIZEN UNITED! FUCK YOU USSC - YOU TRIED TO GET ME DOWN, AND YOU WILL PAY FOR IT!" *breaks out Rambo mode and starts writing sound legislation to remove corporations from influencing the polls, and goes down to the House and find a couple of scared Republican losers to back his legislation from both ends and destroys the Citizen United decision. Challenges to the law fails and Feingold helps Democratic Party win back the House by 100 seats and solidifies Senate seats by 10 additional seats.*

I never understand why people are so quick to concede many of these races. There are still a lot of votes to be counted. I think more candidates need to wait till all the votes are counted, especially when there are more numbers of votes left then what the candidate is trailing total deficit.
