Recount likely in VA CD11 Connolly(D) ahead of Fimian(R) by 487 votes out of 220k with just
just two malfunctioning voting machines in two Fairfax (northern) VA precincts yet to be unsealed and counted, and some provisional ballots to be dealt with.

The current count has the Democrat ahead by 110,401 to 109,914.

There are provisional ballots to be dealt with starting tomorrow.

The Commonwealth of Virginia will pay for a recount if the initial victor's margin is less than 1 percent (2200 votes),

These results were streamed by local Northern VA cable channel tbd.com .

This one's likely to stretch out for at least several weeks in my opinion.
