Patriot Guard Riders -TN/AL - Wounded Warrior Project, Ft. Campbell, KY/Huntsville, AL 9 NOV 10
PGR brothers and sisters in Alabama and Tennessee,

The Semper Fi Riders have asked us to assist them in their Wounded Warrior project. This will take place on Tuesday, Nov 9th. It involves 2 States, Alabama mainly, and also Tennessee with Wounded Warriors being escorted from Ft. Campbell to Huntsville, AL.
This will be, at least, a three part mission and I am asking for all the help we can to make these Wounded Warriors Know they are OUR HEROES, Let's give them the ESCORTS they DESERVE!

Part I; The Huntsville AL Airport (There will be TWO Flag Lines at different times)

Arrival time - 08:15 so we can co ordinate with escort and have the flag line in place by 09:15
Groups of WW and their families will be arriving on numerous flights and will be clustered to pass through our flag line and then escorted to the Westin Hotel.
Finish - 10:15

The second flag line at the Airport;

Arrival time - 11:00 to 11:30 so the flag line is in place for 12:00.
This will be a repeat of the earlier flag line and escort.
Finish - 13:00

Part II ; The Westin Hotel, Bridge Street, Huntsville, AL (again There will be TWO Flag Lines at different times)

Arrival time - 09:30 Flag Line will be in place by 10:00 and probably last till approx 10:30

2nd line - 12:45 Flag Line will be in place by 13:15 and probably last till approx 13:45

For those of you who may be interested, please consider joining the Patriot Guard Riders. You don't have to ride a bike, nor do you have to be a Veteran:

Patriot Guard Riders Mission Statement

The Patriot Guard Riders is a diverse amalgamation of riders from across the nation. We have one thing in common besides motorcycles. We have an unwavering respect for those who risk their very lives for America’s freedom and security. If you share this respect, please join us.

We don’t care what you ride or if you ride, what your political views are, or whether you’re a hawk or a dove. It is not a requirement that you be a veteran. It doesn't matter where you’re from or what your income is; you don’t even have to ride. The only prerequisite is Respect.

Our main mission is to attend the funeral services of fallen American heroes as invited guests of the family. Each mission we undertake has two basic objectives:

1.) Show our sincere respect for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities.
2.) Shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protestor or group of protestors.

We accomplish the latter through strictly legal and non-violent means.

To those of you who are currently serving and fighting for the freedoms of others, at home and abroad, please know that we are backing you. We honor and support you with every mission we carry out, and we are praying for a safe return home for all.

7. I fully respect and support the PGR for what they do....
and I notice that I will be arriving in Huntsville on 11/9 on a business trip at about the same time these activities are starting.

I'm sure it will be something pretty impressive to see.
