1. Did he violate Fox News policy?
If not, I doubt if they can fire him.

3. Some people refuse to understand the most basic elements of this
situation.

Is there a policy against donations at MSNBC? Yes.

Did KO violate it? Apparently so.

Is there a policy at Fox? No.

If there's no policy, there's no violation.

4. Exactly. I also understand that people working for Fox News have high morale ...
Probably because Fox isn't chickenshit.

It's obvious that Glen Beck, Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity are not true journalists but deliver their opinion on the news. KO was also an opinion journalist and he definitely wasn't trying to play the role of an unbiased journalist simply reporting the news.

He was hired by MSNBC to express his opinions and to be a counter to the conservatives at Fox News. He was good at his job. His job was not to be a journalist but a commentator.

The morale at MSNBC must be terrible right now. They desperately need a management overhaul to replace the losers running the operation.
