They swore up and down they weren't going to take it anymore from bush. Made promises and assured everyone the cycle would end. Carte blanche was no more. What happens? bush and the rw noise machine slapped the hell out of them for thinking. The dems shutup, went back and got bush what he wanted...a spending bill for a war without end.

And what do the Dems do next? They wrote a letter to bush expecting answers about Iran. IMO, all they did was raise their faces in order to get slapped around some more.
