(paraphrase) but he had a good, strong meeting with Leaders from Both Parties..and it was productive and he believes that the whole discussion should not be partisan no matter how "both sides" will do the spin afterwards he believes he's reached a "compromise agreement to move forward efforts to help "folks" who are "suffering."
