Give us your high-speed rail money

In 2008, we Californians went to the polls and passed a bond measure to help fund our share of the CA High-Speed Rail from San Francisco to Los Angeles. In the 2010 election, we re-elected Barbara Boxer and every Democratic Member of Congress. So I think the message is loud and clear: If your state doesn't want the money, give it to us. We'll put it to good use.
