Fed wants to strip a key protection for homeowners

WASHINGTON — As Americans continue to lose their homes in record numbers, the Federal Reserve is considering making it much harder for homeowners to stop foreclosures and escape predatory home loans with onerous terms.

The Fed's proposal to amend a 42-year-old provision of the federal Truth in Lending Act has angered labor, civil rights and consumer advocacy groups along with a slew of foreclosure defense attorneys.

They're not only asking the Fed to withdraw the proposal, they also want any future changes to the law to be handled by the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which begins its work next year.

In a letter to the Fed's Board of Governors, dozens of groups that oppose the measure, including the National Consumer Law Center, the NAACP and the Service Employees International Union, say the proposal is bad medicine at the wrong time

The woman on MSNBC this morning kept saying Julian wasn't doing Journalism..she had on a Law Professor who said Julian was not only protected by being a journalist..but he was protected by our Consitution for Free Speech.
That little witch was promoting Julian being assassinated. And she kept saying he was killing people..blah blah blah..
then she did a story on THE PRINCE and The DOGG and Snoop Dog..

these fucking people wouldn't know journalism if it slapped them in the fucking face!

And I kept calling and asking for their comment line and said so ..and I went off on them ..and said If I knew all this Info they sure as fuck did all these years,..and did they report any of it..fuck no!
And I said as as for Julian putting anyone's life in danger..they do not know that..but What I do know..is they are partly responsible for the murder of tens of thousands of Iraqi lives, and our soldiers lives..so they have a hell of alot of nerve saying anyone is responsible for the deaths of anyone when they have more blood on their handsbecause of their promoting an illegal war and the propaganda they shoved at the world for the past 10 years! I said they..MSNBC and NBC are murderers.

And I said right now as I speak ..the US government is accelerating the Drone attacks in Pakistan..I said ..screaming ..when did we declare war on the soveriegn government of Pakistan..and how many innocent people have our fucking drones Killed..I know of one entire family wiped out at their childs wedding!

I said Fuck you MSNBC..Julian would have to work non stop day in and day out to kill as many people as NBC and MSNBC are responsible for!
