This is not even listed as an "opinion" piece; Fox News lists this as an actual
news article on its online site. The Fox headline links to a thehill.com article that has the
true headline ("House passes middle-class tax bill with three Republicans supporting.") Incredibly, Fox News can legally get away with this.

The measure passed with the support of three Republicans with 20 Democrats opposing the measure.
The legislation isn't expected to have legs in the Senate. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters a short time ago that his caucus is still discussing what to do about the tax cuts, emphasizing that extending tax cuts for those making less than $250,000 a year is a priority.
Senate Republicans have united against any bill that doesn't extend all the expiring 2001 and 2003 tax provisions made law during President George W. Bush's administration.
House Republicans criticized the move by Democratic leaders to hold the vote on the bill that doesn't include an extension of tax cuts for all taxpayers, including those making $250,000 a year.
