Former Minuteman honcho and failed Rethuglican challenger for John McCain's Senate seat, Chris Simcox, is out to demonstrate good old fashioned rethug family values. His third wife filed for divorce - and a restraining order - after an incident where he allegedly was drinking heavily, pulled a gun on her, and threatened to kill his family and any police who responded. Oddly, wives 1 and 2 also had some things to say about erratic behavior and violent outbursts.

Now, Simcox is asking to be relieved of his child support obligations, and wants alimony ($1,500/month) and for his ex-wife to pay $200,000 in campaign debts (he claims the campaign benefited the marriage, of course!) because the press's discovery of the court papers describing the violent incident have made it impossible for him to get employment as a political consultant.
