WikiLeaks to reveal UFO references in cables

WikiLeaks co-founder Julian Assange was in a Q&A with Guardian readers today.

He was asked this question:

Mr Assange, have there ever been documents forwarded to you which deal with the topic of UFOs or extraterrestrials?

He replies:

Many weirdos email us about UFOs or how they discovered that they were the anti-christ whilst talking with their ex-wife at a garden party over a pot-plant. However, as yet they have not satisfied two of our publishing rules.
1) that the documents not be self-authored;
2) that they be original.
However, it is worth noting that in yet-to-be-published parts of the cablegate archive there are indeed references to UFOs.

because I know President Clinton and President Carter were both
shut out of the UFO loop when they tried to look into it.

I think it may reveal that the CIA uses UFO stories for propaganda purposes.

Public scientific information scoffs at such a thing. Are you absolutely certain that DoD-funded projects aren't years, maybe decades, beyond what is publicly reported?

My Best Man at my marriage was the Deputy Director for the House of Representatives
for Science and Techology.

Even though he was the age of my father, he felt like I was the son he didn't have.
He was attuned to many things being in that area and told me

He had top secret clearance and worked on the many Apollo projects.
I met my wife at a launch at my family's home in Titusville.

I don't think he was bullshitting me, since I was young and he revealed it under his
own confessions which I never promoted.

but I have to wonder how much power such a device would require.

Additionally, the ability to manipulate gravity would also revolutionize space travel. If one could repeal gravity, one could also create apparent gravity in outer space. A constant apparent 1g acceleration could get us to the Moon in hours, or to Mars in days.

If what you were being told is true (and there's no real way of knowing that until it is revealed), we are on the cusp of the next stage of human civilization.

5. Hey, I saw my first UFO about a week ago

No shit. I have never been a believer or a non-believer. Never seen nuttin. But had so many people I respect and trust tell me that they had seen UFOs that I remained open to the possibility. Then about a week ago on a Friday night -- Holy Crapola -- I saw one cruise overhead real low and real fast.

Strange things happen and it is not worth the time to unravel the mystery.

It seems to matter to some in the way crooked pictures matter to Monk from the TV program.
