After they cut everyone off of unemployment insurance, the rates will magically go down.
After all, claims filed for UI is how they determine it.

4. It's created greater uncertainty and the banks...
...don't want to lend with so much uncertainty, and businesses won't hire when there's this level of uncertainty. The elections certainly have brought greater uncertainty.
