4. That sure stimulates the economy more
than putting money in offshore accounts, or sending jobs overseas.

5. Don't forget beer! They also help keep their local beertender
employed. We used to say, if you didn't cash your check in a bar, you weren't doing it right.:)
That was back when it was way more likely you were just a temporarily unemployed drunk construction worker. I used to love the paid vacation, courtesy of the unenjoyment compensation. They took a lot of the fun out of it the last couple of years I worked construction though. They made us do job searches. Before that, on seasonal layoffs, the boss just gave job service the list and they put us all on stand by. Even so, you could always make sure and not apply with anyone that might actually hire you.
I have a friend that works for job service where I live and he says there are only two people working enforcement in the northern half of Idaho. Not much chance that anyone bending the rules would ever get caught.

6. "All they do with their checks are buy groceries and pay bills."
But that doesn't do anything to help the economy.

:eyes:

I am convinced that in order to be a GOPer these days you have to be abysmally, willfully stupid.
