What If People Like The Republican Dog Food?
The people did award them with sixty two more House seats, seven more Senate seats, nine more governorships, and a bunch of state legislatures.

What if our fellow Americans like their dog food better than ours?

1. Prepare yourself and family as best you can. Things are going to get
much worse before they get better. Our side refuses to make its case, and loves being bullied.

2. I think they feel they "deserve" it. I'm serious. Really, they feel they are not worthy and
the repukes have beaten them into subservience.

They buy the repuke line that repealing tax cuts on the wealthy adds jobs and that we have the best health care in the world.

there's got to be a reason for this insanity...it's that the repukes have "sold" them on these ideas...pure madness...

9. Yes, some of the younger ones. AFter they reach a certain age they realize
they are shit out of luck...I don't know what happens to them politically after that happens...would be interested to know...

4. Think of this,
How much better a political situation it would be if this deal hadn't gone through. We could have pounded on the 'Pugs for rewarding the rich and damning the poor for the next two years.

Instead we get this "compromise" that contaminates all who touch it, Democrat and Republican.

5. I Think You Have Two Competing Ethics That Are Triumphant At Different Times
The communal ethic and the individualist ethic. A healthy society has a synthesis between the two of them. Today America tilts perilously toward the latter.

6. It's a religion, not a political party.
We told them way back when, if you go with this Reaganomics crap the rich will take all the money. And that's what happened. So do any of them say "Wow, you were right!" Nope, scarcely a one. That would go against their religion.

They have been convinced that an economic philosophy that is younger than I am, was actually enshrined by the founding fathers and is probably in the bible somewhere. And that the only reason that it has not brought prosperity to everyone is because there are infidel Democrats still around.

7. Unfortunately
People are too stupid and are prone to brainwashing. The cumulation of this years events has revealed the true nature of this country and the unconcerned and even mocking nature of the ruling elite. We have seen these bigoted and frankly insane conservatives go out in full support for establishing the bodily enslavement of their fellow man. Thus, they have become the first victims of the growing serfage but they disregard this fact because such thought doesn't go well through their one dimensional perspective.
