7. Except for the raised eyebrow, it's perfect.
The last frame should have him looking exactly the same as the first frame. I don't think he even notices.

I'm not sure it's entirely accurate, but it certainly captures how Obama's actions often "feel" to me.

accurate if President Obama was shown extending his hand in "bipartisan" friendship and the Republican responded by kicking him in the balls.
