There's More than One Way to Skin the Uber Greedy

We have many ways, and we are using them.

You CAN feel good about some things your government is doing.

Anyone have any idea the amount, if any, of fines and/or penalties associated with insider trading convictions?

Can we get some money into the treasury that way? Increase the fines for Insider Trading as states have increased penalties for all classes of things the Little People do (creating money streams for local municipalities and the Prison Industry) and generate revenue in that manner??

My ex lost his job working for a Big Time repub enabler, who has had all his assets frozen as he is being sentenced for all sorts of fraud and deals with Republican politicians.

They started going after him a few months into Obama's presidency.

SSSSSSSHHHHhhhhhh! Don't tell anyone....

1. Those fines are usually pitiful in regard to amount stolen.
They seem big....but they're a fraction of the real amount. Not even punitive.

2. At this point

every little bit helps.

We've just sacrificed a huge amount of $$$ to make sure a few million Americans might have some food on the table. It's a sick choice, but it seems it's done. I am disgusted with Republicans, disgusted with Dems who caved, but glad some people will be okay for another year.

When this crazy accounting does not bear the fruit of jobs creation, perhaps we can retake both houses of Congress.

Politics for Dems means one step forward, eight or nine steps back...I've been watching it for years....but I can also be glad that Wall Street is the focus of some heat.
