3. And that is what is brilliant about the Republicans
on some level you have to admire their evil. They set him up, because they KNOW the vast majority of people Democrat and Republican are against the tax cuts for the top 1% so they can use it later. The people in this country have proven time and again they have a selective memory about who did what and the Democrats suck at message. So they played this beautifully.

As pathetic as it is, we have to fight where the battles are, not continue to wait until they move to somewhere we'd rather they be.

I didn't think it would be too long before the unemployed Republican base understands that it's their leaders who are telling them, "You don't get yours until the rich get theirs." And, after all, it's their base that carries guns everywhere, not ours.

Having said that, I don't know if we can regain the moral high ground on UI. I think Obama just gave it away.
