How should we prepare for the anti-wikileaks backlash in the 112th Congress?

We know it's coming, and once the authoritarians start rolling on this, of course, there's no telling how far they'll reach: remember the Gingrich-era Congress mited habeas corpus and death penalty appeals in its "Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996," which was "justified" as part of its "response" to the Oklahoma City bombing

But we can probably guess what the proposals will look like: additional restrictions on what materials can be disseminated, heightened penalties for dissemination, and reduced protection for whistle-blowers, for example

Since we can see this load of crap rumbling down the road in the distance, we have a bit of time to think about how we'll respond when it arrives

Blowhard: This organization handed terrorists a list of facilities worldwide that are critical to US national security! We have to protect ourselves against this!
