10. Yes, this is the political theater stage...

Where the Democrats in the House and Senate who don't like the "deal" scream about it for awhile and threaten to derail it.

This will produce some hope amongst activists that the "deal" can be stopped.

Then the House and Senate will pass it with most Republicans and plenty of Democrats to put it over the top and make it law.

This whole thing has been almost scripted since just after the November elections.

Everyone involved knows full well what the outcome will be, but there will be enough fighting and arguing along the way to give activists on places like DU hope it can be stopped - only to see it pass easily and be let down yet again.
