Reduce the rates for the middle class or let them all rise up.
People like Lawrence O'Donnell say that it would be a nightmare to back in the taxes but all you would have to do is adjust the withholding rates when the tax package is passed and signed into law.
Any adjusting could be made up by adjusting withholding tables and the tax tables when filing returns in 2012.
Sure there will be hardship but it won't be as onerous as Mr. O'Donnell claimed several time tonight on his show.
