left the WH is a little chaotic??? I was no big Rahm fan but there seemed to be far more discipline than is being displayed now. Who used to do the messaging? What does Gibbs do when not at a Press conference???

6. I'm talking pretty much in general. The repubs make statements/lies

and there doesn't seem to be anyone at the WH to refute them. The reporters seem to grab whomever is in the area (Dem) to answer questions they're really not qualified to answer or are just poor spokespersons. Axelrod is awful in this role, he hems/haws and gives sound byte answers. Maybe I'm just in a mood today but it's perceptions and appearances that the WH is sort of chaotic....

7. I'm sure your observation is right on, I just hadn't noticed. I DO agree that

whenever Axelrod is the "voice" I cringe - he's just not good at delivering the punch. We ALL seem to explain to much rather than giving the agreed-upon sound bite answer that will stick in peoples' minds. The Republicans have made it into an art form.
