Man Says Jesus Told Him to Take Baseball Bat to Police Cars
Man Says Jesus Told Him to Take Baseball Bat to Police Cars

December 07, 2010 4:43 PM

The Dalton Police Department arrested David Morrissey, 51, from Rome, Ga. on Monday morning. They say he confessed to smashing the windshields of three police cars with a baseball bat.

{snip}

Department spokesperson Bruce Frazier said initially Morissey was evasive about his motive, "before he finally told one of our officers that Jesus told him to do it."

5. Jesus says a lot of stupid shit
You'd think he was from Napa, he whines so much. Pa-tah-PUM!

Seriously, Jesus started the crusades, the NAZI holocaust, the pogroms at Loudres, the burning of Hypatia and the library of Alexandria, the reign of Nero, the fires of Rome, and A baby's arm, holding an apple....

POINT IS: Listen to that guy right next to you rather than fucking Jesus

7. Well, then. That's OK, I suppose
If the devil had told him to do it I would have been worried about the fellow's sanity.

15. This believer is surely not being prosecuted! We had a president who started a war that cost
hundreds of thousands of lives because "God called him" to do it.

Unless something has happened in the last hour or so, no charges have even been filed against him.

No arrest.

No investigation.

No one was allowed to "question his faith".

"FREE DAVID MORRISSEY!"
