Dear Obama, the republicans are bullies

You should know this. They have knocked you down and stolen your milk money since the first time you tried your bipartisan approach.
Every time you hand them an olive branch, they untie your shoes and beat you over the head with it.
It is getting VERY painful to watch as you allow them to punk you--day in and day out.
In fact, it is EMBARRASSING!
YOU were given a job to do when you were elected. YOU were given a bully pulpit.
YOU were REALLY given a mandate and blank check for all of the political capital you needed.
You squandered every bit of it in the name of trying to be bipartisan.
The problem is...you have left the liberals and progressives in the cold.
I have no doubt that they will return the favor when the next election cycle hits.
The republicans don't like you, they have never liked you and they never will.
You will never be accepted by that peer group. That is a FACT you better learn to face.
Now, while I think it is painful to watch them beat you over the head with your bipartisanship and painful to watch them steal your milk money, somehow, I have to draw the line when you start offering them MY milk money.
