UK: Local Newspaper Shamelessly Siezes The Opportunity to be Outraged

Forgive me for this indulgence but I'm very annoyed about this:

The link below is an image of the front page of my local newspaper that was mercilessly stuffed though my letter box this evening. Notice the shameless use of a well known stock photo. Pay particular attention to the careful positioning of said photo.

The Visiter (sic) has always been a nasty and opportunistic rag but this is outrageous.
