Will Bush veto the amendment to the Patriot Act's US Attorney appointment process?

The bill has cleared the House and the Senate completely and it is on its way to the President.

What will he do?

This is the first point where we will get a clear view of his intentions, more so than any other supposed point, this will show whether Bush is planning on boldly circumventing the checks and balances of our government. If he vetoes it, that is the sign he intends to consolidate power further by ignoring the check and balance of Senate confirmation.

Everything else is unclear, it is always clouded by some other issue, but this is moment of clarity.
