Armed Minn. lawmaker won't be charged

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A Minnesota lawmaker who was spotted with a loaded gun in the parking lot of a Planned Parenthood office won't be charged.

St. Paul City Attorney Sara Grewing said Thursday her office declined to charge Rep. Tom Hackbarth.

The Star Tribune reports that while Grewing says it's disappointing that Hackbarth was "less than clear" with police, his actions aren't a crime that could be proved beyond a reasonable doubt.
