So how 'bout the new Kelsey Grammar sitcom?
http://www.madison.com/tct/column//index.php?ntid=203034

The show, which stars Kelsey Grammar and Patricia Heaton, is scheduled to premiere on the Fox Network in September.

It is set in the world of local TV news -- Grammar plays an aging local anchor -- which brings us back to Levitan and the night Lennon died. According to a story Wednesday in the Sacramento Bee, Levitan told the critics "he had been thinking about someone like Grammar's character for years, after he watched one larger-than-life guy."

O'REILLY: Would you ban abortion?

HEATON: As -- Feminists for Life -- what we're trying to do is support women, and so what we want to do is for -- reach women on campus -- college campuses so that, when they get pregnant, they can find housing. They can find money they need to stay in school.

O'REILLY: So you're giving -- you're putting an alternative track out there.

HEATON: Yes. I think pro-choice is a ridiculous -- you know...

O'REILLY: But it all comes down to...

HEATON: ... name.

O'REILLY: ... would you ban it if you were a Supreme Court justice? Would you vote to ban it?

HEATON: Yes.

O'REILLY: You would?

HEATON: Yes.

Hey, props to Bill for getting her to answer the damned question.

Oh look. She had plastic surgery because she is vain and insecure.

Anyhow, if I watch it, it will have to be on an empty stomach. Maybe I'll wait for reruns. I'm afraid that bad words come to my mind when this woman's name enters my head.

1. I won't be watching it

I didn't know that about Ms. Heaton, but then, I don't know who she is, really. What a mess. Evidently since she thinks it's ok to subject your body to repeated surgeries with all the risk that entails, forcing pregnancies on other women is ok as well.

Then there is this line;
HEATON: Yes, I've thought about it. On a personal level, as a Christian, it will not be Barbra Streisand I'm standing in front of when I have to make an accounting of my life

Well me neither sister. In fact, I plan on being real good fertilizer some day. I still think for some of the forced birthers the real issue is with their own mortality. I doubt she wakes up every day and says a prayer for, oh, lets say Darfur. No. She joins a psychotic organization with the goal of forcing women to become part petri dish and part baby incubator.

5. Good point...!
...I guess it was ok for her to rip her body, skin, etc. to shreds to make herself look a way that is dictated by the male dominated, Hollywood youth factory and to uphold their silly machine. As opposed to trying to work as an actress as so many others have before her--while aging naturally and saying "fuck you" to their system. (Jessica Lange, Debra Winger, the Redgraves, etc. come to mind for example)

But it's not ok for individuals to exercise free will and choices as they see fit in regard to reproduction. Her choice, was oh so "empowering and feminist." :eyes: Yes, of course--that all makes so much sense.

Whatever.

2. I can't stand Heaton

..not just because of her view on choice, but because she is an annoying person. That whiny tone on her voice drives me up a wall...to me she is a waste of skin.

Cheers

3. I can't stand Heaton or Grammar anymore. And I am tired of her
always getting into these putrid men vs women schtick. Why can't they just get along instead of fight? I stopped watching Everybody loves Raymond because it was always contentious: her and the mother-in-law, her and her husband, husband acting wimpy and intentionally stupid around her to avoid work or fights. It was a horrible example of couples.

4. She's the one who's ridiculous....
...as a woman, and a human being. That she would dictate to other women what they "should do" based on HER beliefs, is beyond retarded. Piss on her and the anti-choice bandwagon she rode on in.

These anti-choicers that think being "pro-choice" means that we are ALL "pro-abortion" or worse, "anti-life." It's fucking ridiculous and I'm sick of people of her ilk, telling me and people like me we're horrible unethical, immoral people because we think individuals should make their own choices in life.

Fuck her and her narrow-minded, dogmatic, religious vomiting, bullshit spewing, misogynistic enabling ass. I can't stand her.

Mark my words, her show will be canceled in record time.
