When I read a post from someone whose loved one is in Iraq, I always reply and link to the Sacred Obligation video and tell them -- Joe hasn't forgotten and he'll keep up the fight.

We were/are SO RIGHT in our support of him. No one holds a candle. :loveya:

I dunno - it seems like people don't care about things like this right now.
Even the news stories, which I used to love about DU, have seemed to subside.

I know, so may important threads disappear without a trace. It's the campaign frenzy, so it's kind of understandable, I guess. But Joe keeps up with what's important, even if we on DU get carried away with "the race".
