Senate Republicans say NO to the Jobs Bill! NO to using $30B from TARP for small business loans.
Led by New Hampshire's Judd Gregg, they want to use any leftover TARP money to pay down the debt. Now that's truly rich from the party who ran up such a huge debt with Bush's two unpaid for tax cuts, two unfunded wars, and an unpaid prescription drug benefit.

"Just Say No" is not going to work forever--unless the Democrats let them get away with it!

1. How on EARTH do they justify this to their constituents? Granted, paying down
the debt is of great importance, but so is helping people find jobs! What asses.

10. They have demonstrated time and again they couldn't care less about their constituents.
Not even justifying themselves to them. Everything is all about not letting Obama appear to have a win.

Plus you can make a lot of money in a Depression if you are positioned properly.

Somehow arrive at a situation wherein sixty votes were necessary for any actions to take place, I won't be surprised if somehow this year they will need seventy!

Let's face it - most in Washington work for the same Corporate Masters. Our legislators need to appease the Puppet Masters whether they have a "D" or an "R" after their name. The only way the Dems can succeed in this apeasement is to pretend that all the organized chaos created by the minority party is a much stronger force than it really is.

11. Idiots
Use the money the small businesses pay back the loans from the money that is payed back from the TARP loans to pay back the loans called the National debt. You get to add all the interest on the final pay back. Bookkeeping 101.

Why is Gregg so hyper? Why do the repubs protect wallstreet, corporations and others against WE THE PEOPLE?

Why does Gregg think we have no say in the matter? Are these new things in the budget cutting into all of the money they Bush and Friends stole?

They don't give a damn about the deficit!!!
