DGA helps out White
The Democratic Governors Association anted up $500,000 for former Houston Mayor Bill White's campaign, signaling that they think he has a real shot against the winner of Tuesday's GOP primary. White now enjoys a considerable cash advantage over both Republicans: White has $5.4 million in his war chest, compared with $2.5 million for Gov. Rick Perry and nearly $2.3 million for Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison.
