2. Nancy Pelosi said today that if she has the votes, she will take the vote.
Obviously she does not have the votes yet.

3. There will be no vote taken until the Senate Parliamentarian gives his recommendation
regarding the option the House wanted to use. The House wants to pass the Senate Bill and have the Reconciliation Bill in the Senate be done at the same time without Obama having to sign what the House does first. House members are very wary of passing the Senate bill without reassurance that the Senate will pass the changes they want.
Rethugs seemed to misinterpret the Senate Parliamentarian. I think nothing happens until Alan Frumin, the Parliamentarian, gives the final word.
