Breaking: 13 GOP State Attys General has filed a Lawsuit against the Health Care Bill
This breaking on MSNBC, and they had on one of the Teabagger DA

Whooped-de-doo suddenly it is illegal for a Government to provide Health Care for it's citizens.

Really?

The Teabaggers have finally overtaken sensible thinking. :banghead:

8. Good Luck. They Have No Case At All
Using health insurance and health care IS commerce. Additionally, the Federal government HAS a huge stake in funding healthcare, so the idea that the government CANNOT regulate healthcare is beyond ridiculous.
