Rasmussen has Sestak at +4 over Toomey... likely means he's up by double digits

According to Rasmussen:

Sestak: 46
Toomey: 42

Need to add in the typical Rasmussen fudge factor, and it is likely something like 49-39.

3. You are totally correct. The interest was generated and the momentum is on Sestak's side.
